Use of Domino Tailor Platforms
The Domino Tailor has platform for customers and service providers for advertisements. Other communication channels are also present to communicate with each other or to avail any kinds of services. Hence users are expected use these facilities only to send and receive messages that are relevant and appropriate to the intended use. Violation of this term may force Domino Tailors to take appropriate legal action against the user, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Customer Information
www.dominotailor.com, during the new account registration, may ask customer to share the personal information which is required to deliver the service. We assume that the customer will provide the accurate information regarding identity and contact information. During the registration process, the given information will be verified. We only make a sincere attempt to provide best service to customers and will not take fully responsibility or suitability, reliability, timeless or accuracy of the services requested and provided by customers. We do not confirm the identity of customers who they claim to be. If we find any information wrong or malpractice, agreement with the customer will be terminated as soon as possible.

Service Provider Information
The Domino Tailors perform the background verification of service providers for ensuring safety and security of the clients. We enters into Service Level Agreement (SLA) with every service provider while on-boarding process.

Account/ Password Protection
Customer will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and service account provided by Domino Tailors for accessing the offered services. Customer is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account or password. We have no control and expressly declaims any liability declaims thereafter.

Termination of Service
Domino Tailors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your association with us, if you violate any of our policies that will be posted on the websites. The termination will be done with prior notice via mail and it will be effective immediately after the delivery of notice. We also reserves the right to legal action without limitation pursuing civil, criminal or injunctive redress in case of inappropriate or offensive behavior. Breach or violation of any of the policies will enforce termination or expiration of the agreement with us. This will also enforce the cancellation of ongoing requested services, refunds and other disputes by the customer.

Billing and Payment Policy
Domino Tailors offers its customer to pay the service provider either mobile wallet, online using net banking/ debit card or by cash. Customer is liable to pay the invoiced amount immediately after the work completion. We take no responsibility for money paid to service provider without our knowledge or we have no control over payments made in cash to service provider other than what is agreed between the Domino Tailors and customer.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Domino Tailors. Our services have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policy or practices of any third party websites or services.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed or constructed in accordance with the laws of country without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute complete agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

Dispute Resolution Management
Domino Tailors reserves the right to manage, resolve or decline the disputes with customer. Any disputes raised by the customer will be processed by the Domino Tailors and notify the customers on acceptance of dispute. We will enquire the complaint. Based on the findings customer will be receiving the response from us.

Changes to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and Other Policies
Domino Tailors reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, delete or replace the terms and conditions or any other policies at any other policies at any time. This may be done with or without prior notice to the customer. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We ensure our sincere effort bring the changes through mail and application to accept the changes. We request the customers and service providers to visit the policies and terms and conditions at a certain frequency to update about this.
